Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Your Account

You can delete your Cerebruh account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account:

• Your dedicated server is immediately shut down
• You have a 7-day grace period to reactivate and recover your data
• After 7 days, your server and all data are permanently destroyed
• This includes all conversations, files, agent memory, and configurations

Connected Services

If you connected third-party services (like email or calendar) to your Cerebruh agent, deleting your account will also delete all stored credentials and connection data for those services.

To revoke Cerebruh's access to your connected accounts before deletion, visit your account settings page and disconnect each service individually.

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, email us at hey@cerebruh.is with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your username (if known)

We will process your request within 72 hours and confirm deletion via email.

What We Retain

After account deletion, we retain only the minimum data required for legal and billing purposes:

• Payment transaction records (required for tax/accounting)
• Basic account metadata for audit logs

We do not retain any of your conversations, files, or agent data after the 7-day grace period.

Facebook/Meta Data

If you connected your Facebook account to Cerebruh, you can also remove Cerebruh's access directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Cerebruh in the list
3. Click Remove to revoke access
