Why metered billing?
AI is a utility like electricity: intelligence to apply to a problem. Each plan includes generous credits, but in the event that you exceed the preallotted credits, we think it's preferable not to interrupt your agent when it could be working on a complex task for you. You only pay for what you actually use beyond your included credits.
Can I bring my own API key?
No. Your agent uses a proxy that dynamically selects from many different AI models depending on the task. No single API key would cover that. By managing the infrastructure ourselves, we keep things simple for you — no key juggling, no configuration, just one bill.
What counts toward AI credits?
AI credits cover conversations with your agent, email processing and summaries, autonomous tasks, and any other AI model usage. The credit amount is based on the actual cost of the AI models used (Claude, GPT, etc.).
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes! You can switch between plans at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get access to the additional resources immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
