Unlike a chatbot that only responds when you ask, a Cerebruh agent runs continuously, monitors your email, executes scheduled tasks, and proactively works toward your goals — powered by models like Claude, GPT, and Gemini.

How is Cerebruh different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude.ai are conversation tools — you open them, ask something, and close the tab. Cerebruh is an always-on agent with its own server, email address, persistent memory, and the ability to act autonomously. It's the difference between a search engine and a personal assistant.

Yes. Each agent runs on a dedicated, isolated virtual machine. Your data is encrypted at rest, never shared with other users, and you can export or delete everything at any time. We don't train models on your data.

How much does Cerebruh cost?

Plans start at $399/month for a dedicated server with included AI credits. The Big Bruh plan at $899/month includes more resources and $859 in AI credits.

Terms of Service — Cerebruh

1. Service Description

Cerebruh ("the Service"), operated by Big Pager, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), is a personal AI agent platform. Each user receives a dedicated server hosting an always-on AI agent with persistent storage, accessible via webchat, SMS, email, Signal, Telegram, and voice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cerebruh. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account provides a unique subdomain (username.cerebruh.is) and email address (username@cerebruh.is). Usernames are first-come, first-served and cannot be transferred.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Cerebruh offers subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Current plans include Li'l Bruh ($399/mo) and Big Bruh ($899/mo). Each plan includes a base allocation of AI usage credits; additional usage is metered and billed on top of the base fee.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. Your server and data are retained for a 7-day grace period after cancellation, during which you can export your data. After the grace period, infrastructure is permanently decommissioned.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. Your Data

You own your data. Your conversations, files, and agent memory are stored on your dedicated server. We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not access, read, mine, or sell your data.

Conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (primarily Anthropic) to generate responses. Their data processing policies apply to data sent to their APIs. See our Privacy Policy for full details on sub-processors.

Upon account deletion, your dedicated server and all associated data are permanently destroyed after the 7-day grace period. Account metadata (email, username) may be retained for legal and billing compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cerebruh to:

Engage in any illegal activity or generate illegal content
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Send spam or unsolicited communications via your agent
Attempt to circumvent AI safety measures
Interfere with the service infrastructure or other users
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Use the agent to impersonate others or spread misinformation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7. Service Availability

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, response quality, or availability (no SLA). We aim for reliable service but may experience interruptions for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

8. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting hey@cerebruh.is.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when circumstances permit.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cerebruh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for actions taken by your AI agent
We are not liable for data loss beyond our reasonable control
We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 3 months

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Pager, Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email to your registered address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
